Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Atlas BodyLab website located at atlasbodylab.com (the "Site") or placing an order for any product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Your continued use of the Site following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer", "Customer", or "User") and Atlas BodyLab ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Research Use Only
All products sold through Atlas BodyLab are sold exclusively for scientific and laboratory research purposes. These products are not approved by any regulatory body for human or animal therapeutic use.
Products must NOT be used for human consumption, self-administration, injection, ingestion, or any clinical application. Misuse may violate applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
By purchasing from Atlas BodyLab, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
- You will use products only in properly equipped laboratory settings.
- You understand the properties, handling requirements, and potential hazards of research peptides.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements governing the storage, handling, and disposal of research compounds.
- You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer any products to individuals who intend to use them for human or veterinary use.
Eligibility
To purchase from Atlas BodyLab, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where the purchase and importation of research peptides is lawful.
- You must not be purchasing on behalf of any individual intending to use products for self-administration or non-research purposes.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
Atlas BodyLab reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
Products & Orders
All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications at any time.
An order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation and successful payment processing.
Atlas BodyLab products undergo third-party purity testing. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documentation is available upon request for all catalogue items. Purity specifications and batch details are provided at the time of dispatch.
We make no representations or warranties as to the fitness of any product for any particular research purpose. Researchers are solely responsible for validating suitability for their specific applications.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the Site and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Atlas BodyLab reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
- We accept payment via methods listed at checkout, which may include major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payment methods.
- All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Atlas BodyLab does not store payment card details.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, and customs fees in your jurisdiction.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and will notify you promptly, offering the option to reorder at the correct price.
Shipping & Delivery
Atlas BodyLab ships to approved jurisdictions where the importation of research peptides is lawful. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify the legality of importing and possessing ordered products under their local laws and regulations.
- Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
- Atlas BodyLab is not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or additional charges imposed by your country's import authorities.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the order was incorrectly fulfilled by Atlas BodyLab.
Products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Cold-chain shipping is available for temperature-sensitive compounds and will be indicated at checkout where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, all sales are final. Atlas BodyLab does not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
Refunds or replacements may be issued solely where: (a) products arrive visibly damaged or compromised; (b) incorrect products are dispatched; or (c) products fail documented CoA specifications. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a claim, contact our support team at the email address provided in Section 14. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, product descriptions, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Atlas BodyLab or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written consent from Atlas BodyLab.
- The Atlas BodyLab name, logo, and all associated branding are registered or common law trademarks of the Company.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
